The Role:
We’re looking for a part-time Admin Assistant/Sales Development Rep to join our team. In this role you’ll be working
to follow up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow-up on inquiries, send
out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database. The primary outcome of your role is to secure at least 10-12 qualified appointments per month. Extensive sales
training is provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Successfully communicate the value of our services (in person, over the phone, and over email/text/messenger)
    and be able to explain how what we do is worth the price we are asking
  • Successfully handle objections to price and scheduling
  • Comfortably hold a lengthy conversation (15-25 min) with new and prospective clients on the phone or in person –
    ensuring that clients are committed and “bought-in” to our services before their first appointment
  • Organize and plan all schedules in a way that maximizes efficiency and revenue for the business
  • Keep prompt and accurate recording of all incoming leads on our tracking sheets and in CRM
  • Promptly check voice mails and emails. Return all calls and requests for information within 24 hours and deliver
    messages to appropriate personnel promptly and accurately.

 

What You Need To Succeed in This Role:

  • Ability to build a rapport with prospects over the phone
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy
  • Openness to learn & willingness to try anything
  • Willingness to think outside of the box & tackle complex problems
  • Experience working with an online CRM a plus (Infusionsoft)
  • Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
  • KPI focused – previous employment and success within a KPI driven company
  • Accountability – able to thrive on being held accountable for results and performance
    What We Will Provide for You:
  • Competitive base of $18-24 per hour depending on experience
  • Abundant commission opportunities that would allow you to:
    • Make an additional 5K if you’re a “good” SDR
    • Make an additional 10k – 15k if you’re a “GREAT” SDR
  • A manageable work/life balance (hours can be agreed and are flexible)



We are currently looking for a rockstar Massage Therapist to join a fast-growing mobile physical therapy company in Austin that specializes in orthopedic physical therapy for adults 30-65+ years. This position is ideal for a seasoned massage therapist who is looking for flexible hours while working remotely in a client’s home or office.

Our ideal candidate is well-versed in myofascial and deep tissue massage for both pain management and performance and enjoys a team approach to getting clients back to their active lifestyles.

Salary: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
