"I’ve stopped playing golf because my back hurts... and I don’t want to aggravate it.”

Are you so busy that you put off taking care of that nagging neck ache? What about that ankle that you sprained a month ago, and the pain still hasn’t gone away?

Life can be so busy at times, we forget to take care of our bodies.

You know to perform at your very best you have to feel and move well.

Physical pain you can tolerate is often easy to keep tolerating and not have checked.  But there’s a risk.  For example,  Ignoring your back pain can lead to other issues.  Here’s what you might feel/experience:

  • Radiating pain into your leg
  • Numbness/tingling
  • Leg weakness
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Feeling drained
  • Holding yourself back from doing things you used to do

That’s where we come in.

At Move Empower, our goal is to not only manage your symptoms, but to identify the root cause of your pain and give you tools to break the cycle of injury and pain all together. Simply put – “We find the cause of the cause” and we fix it. Each patient is extensively evaluated and provided a customized treatment.

With one-on-one expert guidance, our 60-minute sessions will be focused on this single-minded end goal – to help you get back to the best version of yourself.

Hi, I’m Eric

I’m the founder of Move Empower Concierge Physical Therapy.  In my 15 years as a physical therapist, I’ve learned one thing is for certain-  not all patients are the same.  I  believe we must look at the entire person and not focus solely on their symptoms.

To achieve this high standard of holistic patient care I pursued a significant post-graduate continuing education regimen.  I am an  APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, a distinction that less than 10% of physical therapists in the U.S. have attained. I am also certified in Dry needling and am IASTM trained.

My point  here is I have many “tools in my therapy toolbox” that allow me to treat my patients in a safe and effective manner, achieving quick results.

No longer do you need to waste time sitting in traffic or find a babysitter.  With Move Empower Concierge Physical Therapy, We come to YOU.

A Little Bit More About Me

I’m a Midwesterner who began my formal education at the University of Kansas, where I was a member of the varsity swim team. I completed my graduate training at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2002. In my free time I enjoy competing in triathlons, in particular the Escape From Alcatraz and Ironman 70.3.

If I’m not competing you will find me traveling, listening to music, cooking and spending time with my wife and three children.
