We’ve prepared a Free Report on what to do for back pain, in the middle of the Corona Virus.

We share with you “simple” yet very powerful principles and strategies you can make-work for you ANYWHERE – some over time and others almost instantly.

What to Expect during a Telehealth PT visit

Similar to the in-home or office visits we provide, your first visit Telehealth session will include a detailed evaluation to determine the root cause of your pain.  At the conclusion of your evaluation you will have a clear  understanding of what is your problem is, how we can help you fix it, and an estimate of visits we will likely need.

During your follow up virtual physical therapy visits, your therapist will discuss your progress, teach you self care and mobilization techniques to address your pain and mobility limitations as well as educate you on what are the do’s and don’t of your injury.  By the end of your session, you will have more clarity on your injury, what you will be working on at home, and how you will be progressing forward towards your goal.

Before I came to see Eric Finger I had a major lower back spasm from a bulging L4 and a herniated L5. I tried PT at another location and found it was helpful, but my discomfort continued and I wasn’t able to run…

My experience with Eric was superior. Eric was very knowledgeable and informative about how my disc injury was impacting my physical pain. I was happy that he told me I shouldn’t stop doing what I loved to do; run.

He worked on my back for several weeks, I’ve never had a problem since and I still run!

Eric Finger is one of the best if not the best physical therapists I have gone to. Eric treated me for a problem with my knee and for a lower back injury in 2017.

I was very impressed with Eric’s diagnostic skills in determining the root cause of my pain and in determining very specific therapies and exercises to use. Eric was also very good at explaining things to me and educating me about physiology, the cause of my pain, and how the therapies worked to treat it. I felt well prepared to do the exercises he prescribed for me to do on my own (in between my therapy sessions).

Eric was very encouraging, patient, answered all my questions and sought my honest feedback. My therapy was a success and I’m grateful that Eric was my therapist. Eric also equipped me with exercises to do to prevent and counter any reoccurrence. I highly recommend Eric for anyone in need of physical therapy.

I was dealing with chronic hamstring injuries (tendinopathy) for over a year and was unable to jog/exercise without aggravating my pain. I had tried “Airrosti” therapy, pain medications and ice but the issue continued every time I tried to resume jogging. I had almost given up the idea of ever jogging again when I hurt my knee and started Physical Therapy with Eric Finger.

Eric was able to assist me in recovering from my knee and both hamstring injuries. The best thing about PT with Eric was his confidence in my ability to resume jogging and the professional guidance he provided in my journey back to health.

Eric was able to get me back to jogging in 12 visits and I am now able to jog a 5k.. pain free! My only regret is not starting therapy sooner! Thanks, Eric at Move Empower!

I am in my late 40s and had thought my days of playing tennis might be over. I was diagnosed by an orthopedist of having “classic tennis elbow” when I was unable to even pick up a coffee cup. The pain was excruciating. The doctor gave me couple of cortisone shots, which helped temporarily for a few months, but as the pain came back I wanted to find a solution other than cortisone shots if possible. I was not even aware tennis elbow was treatable but I stopped by Eric, who had helped me with some PT on a left shoulder I had mildly injured a couple years previous, to if there was anything else that could be done. Eric strongly encouraged me to stay away from cortisone shots and try dry needling as well as some therapeutic exercises as well as work on my right shoulder, since it is all connected. Dry needling was the greatest thing I have ever experienced for my elbow. And with that, plus the exercises, my tennis game is as strong as ever and I have even placed in several local tournaments. I also appreciate Eric’s thorough knowledge of human anatomy and how the ligaments and tendons work together and his ability to isolate the problem areas. I continue to use Eric intermittently on an as needed basis, but I could not be more thrilled with the results from working with him.
