Eric is the founder of Move Empower Concierge Physical Therapy and helps active professionals and business executives get back to the workouts and sports they enjoy without compromising their schedules. He is an APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, which places him among a small percentage of physical therapists nationally who have completed both credentials. As a busy professional, father of three, and triathlete himself, he understands firsthand how hard it is to make time for recovery, and he built the practice around that reality.
Pawel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than thirty years of clinical experience helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. His background spans orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-surgical, sports, geriatric, and pediatric rehabilitation, and he holds certifications in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Spinal Manipulative Therapy, and Dry Needling. His treatment philosophy combines hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise, movement analysis, and patient education so that each person achieves results that last well beyond the final session.

Cynthia is our Patient Concierge, and she is usually the first person you will talk to at Move Empower. She brings an extensive background in customer service, wellness, and administrative support to the role, and she makes sure scheduling, communication, and every other detail outside of your treatment runs smoothly so you can focus on getting better. Cynthia grew up in Colorado and studied behavioral sciences. Away from the office she is a PADI advanced conservation diver who has planted coral on artificial reefs around the world, and she has organized paddleboard cleanups on Austin lakes.
