Move Empower Concierge Physical Therapy is a thriving and rapidly growing mobile outpatient physical therapy practice in Austin. We specialize in helping busy, active people recover from injury so they can get back to sports and activities they love to do. 

We’re not your typical home health agency.  We are orthopedic specialists bringing our clinical expertise to our clients. We focus on building trust and providing a world-class experience to every client we treat. 

We are also cash-based and do not contract with insurance companies.

This job opportunity offers you:

• Focus on your patient. You’ll spend a full 60 minutes with them 1-on-1 uninterrupted
• See a reasonable caseload of 5-6 patients per day
• Have one-on-one mentorship and training every week.
• Work Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm.
• Spend your downtime researching a case or communicating directly with your clients when they have questions.
• Competitive pay, paid time off.
• Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000

What We’re looking for:

• A full-time physical therapist to join our growing and family-like team.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of outpatient orthopedic job experience, be Board Certified Specialist or Fellowship trained (or working towards certification of either)
• Manual therapist, who has been told they’ve got “great hands.”
• You should be a licensed physical therapist in the state of Texas, or be eligible to obtain your license.
• Up to date with state-regulated CEU requirement
• Excellent oral, and written communication
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Exhibit behaviors that demonstrate professional accountability at all times, including but not limited to: practicing in a safe manner that minimizes risk to yourself and others; completing documentation in a timely and efficient manner, and consistently and critically evaluating current research and evidence-based practice.
